Return Policy
The Image Group stands behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. As such, we will gladly take back any orders that do not meet your requirements within 30 days of your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact Client Support Services at 866.272.5162 or e-mail your Client Support Services Representative.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) is required. For non-defective items, please make certain that the items are in new condition, with original packaging and accessories. Client Support Services will provide you with the RMA number and the address to which to ship the goods.
Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to your account upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.
